When I was growing up, I was introduced to magic tricks. I was brought around to different magic shows all throughout my childhood, and every time I went to one, I was astonished at what was going on around me. As I grew up, I developed a strong desire to master mentalism. I wanted to be a big time master mentalist. I wanted to be able to wow an audience like the magicians that came before me were able to wow their audience. There was a big problem though; I didn’t know any magic tricks. I needed to learn how to do magic tricks.

What I learned first hand from them is that they too had their fare share of trouble trying to master what they were doing. I have seen so many wannabe magicians who trip up on their acts and end up throwing in the towel altogether, and quitting. I hate to see that happen to people because I know that they could potentially be very good magicians if they were willing to put in the time and the effort that is needed.

In order to master mentalism, one has to be willing to go through the necessary work to get to the right level. Start at basic level tricks, I mean obviously you wont be able to make an elephant disappear right away, but with the right amount of practice, you will certainly get there.
